Cvent Program Health Scorecard

Answer twelve honest questions and see where your Cvent program is strong, where it's leaking value, and what to fix first. Your score updates as you go.

How true is each statement?

Be honest — the value is in the gaps, not a perfect score.

Registration & data quality

Our registration forms capture clean, structured data we can actually segment and report on.

A registrant can finish sign-up in under two minutes on their phone without emailing us for help.

Attendee experience & engagement

Our event app / Attendee Hub is on-brand, up to date, and something attendees actually use.

Attendees automatically get timely, personalized comms — agendas, reminders, session info.

Integrations & data flow

Registration and attendance data flows into our CRM/MAP (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) without manual exports.

We rarely re-key or copy-paste attendee data between systems.

Onsite & check-in

Check-in stays fast and calm even at peak arrival, and we have a tested backup plan.

Badges, session access and scanning are handled onsite without last-minute scrambles.

Reporting & ROI

After each event we can show leadership pipeline / ROI — not just attendance numbers.

We have dashboards we trust, without rebuilding reports by hand every time.

Team capacity & risk

Our Cvent work doesn't depend on one person who is a single point of failure.

We have enough capacity to build events well without a last-minute crunch every time.

What to do with it

A score is a starting point

Most teams land in the 50s–70s — competent, but leaking time and value in one or two areas. That's normal, and it's fixable. The recommendations above tell you where to start; if you'd rather hand the fixing to a certified team, that's exactly what we do.

A self-assessment, not an audit — but a genuinely useful mirror. Talk to us about closing the gaps.
