Real programs, real outcomes

How event teams handed off their Cvent work and got time, speed and trustworthy data back.

Registration · Attendee Hub

A 12-event annual program, shipped on time

Challenge. A two-person events team owned a full calendar of conferences and roadshows, but every Cvent build competed with a dozen other responsibilities — and launches kept slipping.

What we did. We took over registration and Attendee Hub builds for the entire year, working to a documented standard with QA before every launch.

Outcome. The team stopped touching the platform and refocused on content and stakeholders, while launches went out on schedule.

OnArrival · Badging

From event-day chaos to a calm check-in

Challenge. A flagship annual conference had a history of long check-in lines, badge misprints and last-minute scrambles that set a bad tone for attendees.

What we did. We configured OnArrival kiosks, on-demand badge printing and session scanning, ran a full dress rehearsal, and staffed the check-in on the day.

Outcome. Check-in moved quickly from doors-open, misprints were minimal, and the team spent the day hosting instead of firefighting.

Integrations · Reporting

Reporting leadership finally trusted

Challenge. Registration and attendance data lived in disconnected exports, so every leadership request meant hours of manual spreadsheet stitching.

What we did. We connected Cvent to the CRM, automated the data flow, and built executive dashboards with the numbers that actually mattered.

Outcome. ROI reporting became a link instead of a project, and post-event reviews started on day one instead of week three.
