Your brand, intact, all the way to the registration page.
Eventengin is the part of your creative team that works inside event platforms. You make the brand. We carry it through to a live site without it degrading, on Cvent or whatever platform your client already runs. White-label, under your name.
Certified event tech professionals with 20+ years in the events industry. Not an agency? See our managed Cvent services for event teams.
The first thing an attendee sees is a form.
Months go into the brand. Then registration opens, and the first real contact anyone has with the event is a page built by whoever could operate the platform. The agency gets judged on the thing that shipped.
Your designer does not know the platform
They hand over a file that assumes anything is possible. Half of it is not, and nobody finds out until the build is underway.
Your platform person is not a designer
They build what the platform makes easy, because that is the tool they were given. It works. It does not look like the brand.
The handover is where it breaks
Every decision made in the gap between those two people is made alone, under time pressure, by whoever is holding it.
The client approves one thing and receives another
Not dramatically. A compromise here, a default there, and the finished site is a cousin of the design they signed off.
Registration is the first impression and the last priority
More people see the registration page than see the stage. It usually gets the least design attention of anything in the project.
The work arrives in bursts
Three briefs in a fortnight, then nothing for six weeks. Hard to hire for, easy to be caught short by.
The build, done by someone who designed it
The gap between an approved design and a live registration site is where the brand quietly disappears. We close it by doing both halves. The person building the page is the person who drew it, so the compromises get made with the design in mind rather than against it.
- Registration flows with conditional logic, approvals and payments, built from the design rather than around it
- Event hub configured and branded to match the site, not approximate it
- Check-in, badge design and session scanning, set up and tested before anyone travels
- Integrations and reporting, so the data is as considered as the page
- The brand guidelines
- The brief, however rough
- Access to the client's platform
- Your deadline
Everything that happens after the design is approved.
Each part has its own page. The Creative Studio covers the design side: identity, campaign, print and motion.

The hub attendees actually spend time in, matched to the site rather than approximated.

Badges and check-in in the same visual language as everything else, configured and tested before anyone travels.

Registration data that ends up somewhere useful instead of sitting in one platform.

White-label by default. If they ask who built the site, that is your call to make.
Designed for the platform
Every design is drawn knowing what the platform will build, so nothing gets promised that cannot ship.
Platform agnostic
Cvent is where we are deepest. We build on Stova, Whova and Swoogo too, or whatever your client already runs.
One accountable person
You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager.
The alternatives, and the honest trade-off on each.
There are other ways to get this done. Here is where each one actually leaves you. For the wider choice, see in-house, specialist or Cvent Professional Services.
Someone who has built this before
A designer who has not worked inside a registration platform will hand you something beautiful that cannot be built as drawn. The compromises then get made by whoever is doing the build, usually at speed.
Design attention the build usually does not get
Your ops people can build it. That is not the same as designing it. What comes out works and looks like the platform rather than the brand.
Expertise without the headcount
Someone who can design and build on event platforms is rare, expensive and underused for most of the year. Bring that in when the calendar needs it.
Scoped to how your programme runs.
No standard plan. Here is how agencies usually bring us in. Tell us what you need and we will scope it.
One build
A single event that needs to look right.
- Event site and registration
- Event hub configuration
- QA and launch support
- Handover documentation
Across the programme
Every event in your calendar designed and built by the same hands.
- One visual language across every event
- Design and build for each, as they come
- Integrations and reporting carried through
- Review between events
Creative only
Design, no build, where your own team handles the platform.
- Brand system for the event
- Site and registration design
- Print and on-site graphics
- Motion and video
From first call to live site.
Talk to us
Twenty minutes, no deck. You tell us what the client needs and what platform they are on. We tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
Scope
Fixed scope and price, agreed before any work starts. No open clock.
Design and build
We design, you approve, we build it. You see everything before your client does.
Launch
It goes live under your relationship. We stay behind the curtain.
Questions, answered.
What does white-label mean here?
Your client sees your brand, your team and your relationship. We work behind it, inside the platform account your client already owns, and we are not introduced to them unless you want us to be.
Do you work with our clients directly?
Only if you want us to. White-label is the default.
Can you work on a platform we have not used before?
Usually. Cvent is where we are deepest, and we build on Stova, Whova and Swoogo too. If it is something we have not touched, we will say so rather than learn on your project.
Do we have to use your design, or can you build ours?
Either. Some agencies bring a finished brand and want it carried through. Some want us to make the event's identity from scratch. Both are normal.
What if the client changes their mind halfway?
Events move, and the scope moves with them. We tell you what a change costs before we do it, so you can take that to your client with a number rather than a surprise.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week. Tell us the launch date on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
How does pricing work?
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before any work starts. Priced per build rather than per hour, so you can quote your client with confidence.
What did the client send you?
A brief, a logo, a deck. Send it over and we will tell you what we would do with it. Twenty minutes, and no deck from us.
- You keep the client, the brand and the relationship
- We do the design and the build that carries it
- We say so when it is not a fit
